Granny’s Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pride of Dixie or maple flavored syrup
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup fine chopped pecans
  • 2 shallow pie crusts (unbaked)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. With a fork, poke little holes into the bottom of your pie crusts.

  3. Mix together all ingredients and evenly pour into both pie crusts.

  4. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
