Mexican Layer Dip

Mexican Layer Dip
  • 1 refried beans
  • 2 cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Toppings
  • shredded lettuce
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • diced tomato
  • chopped scallions
  • sliced black olives (optional)
  1. Spread refried beans evenly along the bottom of a casserole dish.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, taco seasoning, chili powder, salsa and milk. Whisk to combine well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the refried beans.

  3. Top dip with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, black olives and scallions.

  4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving with tortilla chips.
