Oats & Yogurt Power Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Sukron Gold Brown Sugar Substitute (or regular brown sugar)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Kashi Go Lean Peanut Butter Crunch Cereal
  • 1 tablespoon ChocZero Chocolate Chips (or regular chocolate chips)
Instructions
  1. Cook Oats: Combine 1/4 cup oats with 3/4 cup water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender.

  2. Add cooked oats to one side of your bowl. Add yogurt to other side of bowl.

  3. Top oats with brown sugar & blueberries. Top yogurt with strawberries, chocolate chips & cereal.
