In a skillet, drizzle olive oil, then add ground turkey, red peppers & onions. Crumble the meat with your spoon and cook the mix until the turkey is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Drain.
In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, Montreal seasoning and Worcestershire. Stir well to combine.
Pour tomato sauce mixture into turkey meat mixture and stir to combine. Cook on low to simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce is heated through. Serve on hamburger buns.
