Granny’s Goulash

Grannys Goulash

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tomato sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 can sweet corn (drained)
  • 1 can sweet peas (drained)
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni pasta
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  1. In a deep pot, brown ground beef and season with salt & pepper. Drain. Return to pot. Add corn, peas, ketchup and tomato sauce. Stir to combine.

  2. As your ground beef cooks, cook macaroni in small saucepan until al dente, according to box instructions. Drain. Add to meat mixture and stir to combine.

  3. Salt & pepper to season and serve!

  1. Easily Doubled for bigger crowds!
