I like this recipe for BUSY days {or any day} but I really love it for crazy weeknights when the husband isn’t getting home until late and kids have various afterschool activities late into the evening.
Its so easy to stick all these ingredients into your crockpot during the morning or afternoon, and then have it waiting on you later. And let me tell you, the taste is incredible!
