Every year since I was a kid, my Uncle Ricky would make his very yummy Pumpkin Bread. Once upon a time when you could buy coffee in the tin cans, he would bake his delicious pumpkin bread in coffee tins and the bread would be in this awesome round loaf shape. He’d give us several loaves of bread every year around Thanksgiving. I would gobble (gobble!) ha Every single bite.
These days, I don’t make it nearly as often as my daughter does. It’s one of her go-to recipes and she makes it frequently. The trick is to double the spices. Trust me, the more spice the better!
