This tator tot casserole recipe has been around in our family for awhile. I’ve been making it for the kids since they were much much younger. The kids are a lot older now, but this recipe is still requested from time to time when they’re home.

This casserole is great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. It has ground sausage and eggs in it, so it tastes more like breakfast and would be really great to serve to overnight guests in the morning. My kids just love it for dinner or anytime!
